15 March 2012 Thursday - Arrival of participants and international delegates
  0800 - PGAWC judges seminar to be conducted by CIVL delegate pilots interested to attend must inform organizer earlier. The fee is RM200.00 limited to 2 per country. Participants must be the judges during the entire competition and cannot take part as compete pilot.

  0530 - Breakfast
  0730 - Transfer to take off site
  0800 - Briefing
  0830 - Official practice day (1 round shall be considered as official result as per the Rules and Regulation)
  1100 - Opening Ceremony
  1230 - Continue to official practice
  1600 - Transfer to hotel
  1830 - Welcoming Dinner at Heritage Spa & Resort
  2030 - Technical briefing. All to attend

  0530 - Breakfast
  0730 - Transfer to take off site
  0800 - Briefing
  0830 - Round 1 and Round 3
  1600 - Transfer to hotel
  1830 - Dinner
       
       
18 March 2012 Sunday    
  0530 - Breakfast
  0730 - Transfer to take off site
  0800 - Briefing
  0830 - Round 4 and Round 6
  1600 - End of PGAWC Sabah 2012 & transfer to hotel
  1930 - Prize giving dinner at Heritage Spa & Hotel
       
       
19 March 2012 Monday    
      Transfer to Kota Kinabalu & departure of participants who join optional program Mount Kinabalu Paragliding. Only 30 pilots are allowed based on 1st come 1st served basis
  0530 - Breakfast
  0730 - Depart to Kinabalu Park
  0830 - Ascend to Laban Rata at 3,000 meter. Overnight at Laban Rata
       
20 March 2012 Tuesday    
  0300 - Ascend to the peak of Mount Kinabalu
  0530 - Start paraglide if weather permits
  1000 - Door closed
  1500 - Transfer to Kota Kinabalu and departure of pilots
